After more than 20 years in emergency medicine, I created Élevé to offer a different kind of aesthetic experience: one that feels personal, educational, elevated, and grounded in trust.

Dr. Justin Rome, MD
Dr. Justin Rome is a facial plastic surgeon with over a decade of experience specializing in hair restoration and regenerative aesthetic medicine. He is the founder of Barber Surgeons Guild and the digital health platform, Blends, where he has overseen thousands of patient treatments and helped build scalable, evidence-based protocols for RNs and advanced practitioners.
As Medical Director, Dr. Rome focuses on ensuring safe, high-quality patient care, supporting nurses in clinical decision-making, and maintaining clear, approachable communication. He has extensive experience designing standing orders, treatment algorithms, and telehealth-driven workflows that allow RNs to practice confidently within their scope while providing an exceptional patient experience.
